Daniel C. Proctor has extensive experience handling consumer bankruptcies. His practice includes both trial and appellate work. He has more than 20 years of experience representing consumers with Bankruptcy Chapter 7 problems.
Attorney Proctor is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Hampshire. He is also admitted to The United States Supreme Court, The First Circuit Court of Appeals, The United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire, and The United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. In addition, he has appeared in all state courts, throughout the State of New Hampshire. He practices out of Concord, New Hampshire.
Attorney Proctor received his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1988 (now known as the University of New Hampshire Law School) and received a BA from Binghamton University, in New York State, in 1982. He is a past and/or present member of the Commercial Law League of America (Bankruptcy Section), the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. In addition, he has been a presenter and featured speaker on collection issues for the National Business Institute. He has also been a featured speaker on assisting distressed homeowners for CATIC. Attorney Proctor has represented consumers since graduating from law school and has more than 20 years of practice experience.
